Information about production during summer

Dear customer,

During this summer, Multilens production of both contact lenses and lens solutions will be open every weekday. However, in July, we will have limited production capacity because many of our highly skilled and trained staff will be on vacation.

Production of special optics is not easily taught, and we must choose between shutting down for a couple of weeks or limiting production capacity.

This year, in close collaboration with our staff, we have chosen to remain open to serve as many customers as possible. Orders placed during July may encounter extended lead times, typically 1-2 weeks.

While we always strive to produce your order as quickly as possible, we apologize for any delays during the summer months.

For quickest and safest service, please place your order in the webshop!

Customer Service will remain open every weekday from 08:30 to 16:00, also during the Swedish vacation period from the end of June to the middle of August.
