– I help our optician customers find the optimal solution for their customers and patients. They don't order special lenses every day and sometimes need help calculating the smartest solution. We do this all the time and can share experiences from other cases.

RX employs four lens experts who brainstorm with customers, give advice and calculate different lens solutions. Mattias, who has worked at Multilens for 17 years, is one of them.

– We at RX are probably quite ingenious and interested in problem solving in general. I am driven by doing the best possible job and always trying to see solutions instead of problems. When we succeed with something we haven't tried before and the customer gets in touch and is satisfied with the result, it's extra fun.

The RX department is a close-knit team with a high ceiling. There is a drive to improve and develop work processes in order to achieve the best possible end result.

– I enjoy working at Multilens because everyone gets the chance to try different things. And even though the company has grown so much, there is still a family business feeling where everyone is welcome and that is something I really appreciate.
